Classes at DYSLSC - Props are provided, but please BYO mat.
Classes at Cammeray Yoga - Props and mats provided, but you may bring your own if you prefer.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and breathe freely. Some people like to bring a jumper and/or socks for final relaxation.

Yes! Beginners are very welcome. My classes are designed for everybody and all levels.

Not at all!
One benefit of practising Yoga regularly is that your flexibility and strength will improve, but these are definitely not requirements for beginning!

Please don’t worry! I am an experienced teacher.
I will lead you through the practice, carefully explaining and guiding you through each pose. I also encourage you to listen to your body. If a posture does not feel right or hurts, please let me know so I can modify the pose to best suit you.

Please aim to arrive no later than 5-10 minutes before class starts to put your belongings away and settle in.

Yoga is best practised on an empty stomach. Please try to refrain from eating for at least an hour before class.

For classes at DYSLSC:
There is a huge car park located next to the club.
Please enter via the back doors closest to/facing the car park.
For classes at Cammeray Yoga:
There is street parking within a short walk of the studio on Abbott St, Abbot Lane, Palmer St and Vale St. There is also a council car park across the road on Miller Lane.
Please enter via the main entrance at 1/498 Miller St.
