About

Hi! I’m Maddy, thank you for being here!

I have been practising Yoga for over 15 years, beginning in my early 20s when I sought out a weekly Yoga class for community and connection, two things I value dearly and hope to share with my students.

My Yoga classes are a gentle combination of breath-centred, mindful movement and static holds. Variations and modifications make the practice welcoming and accommodating for all bodies and levels of experience.

I am currently offering general classes, prenatal classes and Mum & Bubs classes, as well as private Yoga, across Dee Why, Freshwater and Cammeray.
